Here is a starting point for my prices for Lawn care for 2012-

Lawn Care-Mow, trim and blow, edge 1 time a month not bagged
April 1, 2012-Oct. 31=31 weeks, Bi weekly 16 weeks

Weekly lawn care prices
$15-20 under 3000sqft, 3-6000sqft=$25, 6-8000sqft=$35, 8-10,000sqft=$45, 10,000+bid

Bi-weekly lawn care-
weekly lawn care x 50%=

Fertilization-4 times a year, March 15 pre-emergent, May 1 spray weed killer and Iron, July 1 high nitrogen, Sept. 1 slow release Iron and Nitrogen.

Fertilizing prices-Lawn care price x 50%=your price for fert.

Sprinkler repairs-$35 per hr

Aeration-One time per year, mainly in the spring.
Same prices as the weekly Lawn care
